Meet the Artist
Welcome to my world of textured art! I’m Emily Jade, an Australian Artist based in Far North Queensland, specialising in floral designs inspired by the lush nature and tropics that surround me.
My Artistic journey began at a young age, but it wasn’t until 2023 that I discovered textured art as a therapeutic escape from the demands of a fast-paced career and as a form of healing. This creative outlet quickly became a sanctuary, allowing me to unwind and find joy in the process.
My biggest inspiration? Nature.
At the age of 23, I was diagnosed with a rare autoimmune condition called Scleroderma. Immersing myself in nature became essential, offering grounding and solace amidst challenges. This profound connection to the natural world now deeply influences my art.
You’ll often notice sunflowers blooming in my pieces. Beyond their vibrant beauty, they hold a special meaning as the symbol for Scleroderma, representing hope and resilience. Through my art, I aim to share this positivity and hope to bring the same sense of warmth, piece and inspiration to others.

Artist Statement
My work as a floral textured artist is a celebration of nature, brought to life through vibrant colour and intricate detail. Inspiration flows to me from the lush botanical gardens and the serene beauty of tropical rainforests, which surround me. These natural havens are where i feel most connected to my art. Each piece I create embodies the essence of these environments, inviting viewers or collectors to experience the same connection for the beauty of our world.
