Returns

As each piece is an original and is handmade, Artbyemilyjade does not offer any returns or refunds for change of mind.

 

Damaged product upon arrival

 

If your purchase arrives and has endured damage during shipping, please email us at Support@artbyemilyjade.com.

 

In your email, please include the following:

      - Order Number,

      - Photos of the package (prior to opening),

      - Photos of the damage to your item of purchase

 

Once received and reviewed, I will be in contact with you as soon as possible to discuss a solution.
