If your purchase arrives and has endured damage during shipping, please email us at


In your email, please include the following:

      - Order Number,

      - Photos of the package (prior to opening),

      - Photos of the damage to your item of purchase


Once received and reviewed, I will be in contact with you as soon as possible to discuss a solution.
